Thanks for your interest in becoming a student at Cristo Rey Jesuit High School. The admission process at Cristo Rey includes an application and an interview. Cristo Rey does not require an admission test. Our admissions brochure is available in English and Spanish and is a great source of information. Our admissions process is very unique, therefore we strongly encourage you visit us during one of our Information Sessions as well.
Students can now apply for admission and schedule Shadow Days online through our online forms portal. You will first have to create an account for the online forms portal. If you prefer a paper application you may download a Spanish application or an English application. The application is saved in Adobe Acrobat PDF format. You may download a free copy of Acrobat Reader at www.adobe.com. To personally submit an application, you may schedule an appointment with Blanca Gonzalez. Her contact information is listed below.
Applications are reviewed for initial eligibility after the February 4, 2014 deadline. Students who qualify up to this point go on to the second phase of the application process and are invited to interview along with their parents. Interviews will be held March 1 and 2, 2014. The Admissions Committee will meet soon after the interview weekend to review the applications and determine final admission. Final Decision letters are mailed March 28, 2014.
Incoming freshmen and their parents are required to attend a mandatory orientation on May 4, 2014. All incoming freshmen are also required to attend two weeks of mandatory training and orientation during the summer.
