Drama Club

Mission

The Cristo Rey Jesuit High School Drama Club is an association of students who are committed to creating, producing, directing and acting in theatre productions for the student body as well as the community in the Pilsen/Little Village neighborhood.  Provided as well is an alternative activity to sports for those students with other interests.  The club will assist student members in maximizing their potential at graduation through the development of leadership skills, creativity, public speaking skills, self-esteem, intellect, etc., while also providing them a greater exposure to the world of the arts.

 Structure

The leaders of the club will be two faculty members who will be chosen according to the interests of the faculty/staff at Cristo Rey.  At the present moment we do not plan on having student leaders but this could possibly change next year depending on the interests of the student body.
