Cristo Rey Alum Ivan Rios, Class of 2012, is a participant in Northern Trust's Rotational Development Program (RDP), a selective program designed to develop the business acumen and technical skills of recent graduates, with the goal that they will grow into future leaders. Rios is in the credit track of the RDP, and he enjoys learning about different aspects of underwriting.
