Freshman CWSP Training 2025-26

Since its founding 30 years ago, Cristo Rey’s Corporate Work Study Program has been a core pillar of its model for student success. This year, we’ve launched a new, year-long training curriculum for freshmen, designed to equip them with important workplace skills they can use to meaningfully contribute at their future work-study placements.

As we head into our second semester of this new curriculum, students have been placed into 8 cohorts based on their career interests, and our training will focus on the education, connections, and skills they will need to thrive in each of these fields.

We are hoping to give students the opportunity to learn from professionals in their area of interest in two exciting ways – through informational interviews and industry panel discussions – which will take place between mid-March and mid-April.

If you work in one of the following industries and would be interested in talking with students about your career through a 30-min call (must be available between 8-3:30 M-F) or by sitting on a panel (select Fridays from 11:45 am to 1:10 pm at Cristo Rey Jesuit), please sign up to volunteer below.
